Bonjour, j'ai fait un peu le tour du web pour trouver des infos sur l'amazone finschi et j'ai pu trouver peu de résultats sur son comportement.
j'ai pu lire qu'elle était sans conteste l'amazone la plus calme et la moins criarde. De plus elle n'a pas cette faculté de devenir trés agressive durant la période de reproduction.
(le bruit et l'agressivité sont des faits qui, à mon avis, amènent plusieurs personnes à revendre leur oiseau).
Bref j'aurais voulu avoir l'avis de toutes personnes qui en sauraient plus. Je sais qu'elle n'est pas courante (je n'ai trouvé qu'un seul éleveur en france) et qu'elle vient de passer dans l'annexe I.

tu as regardé si ce mot ressortait sur le forum par une recherche ?...bon y'a pas, peut-être là .....pas mieux....dsl, vraiment pas courante comme amazone. Description: green, yellowish-green on breast and abdomen; forehead, front of crown and lores reddish-brown; back of crown, sides of neck and nape pale blue; periophthalmic area, cheeks and ear-coverts greenish-yellow; secondaries violet-blue with red wing-speculum on first five feathers; tail green with greenish-yellow tips; outer webs to base of outer tail feathers blue; skin to narrow periophthalmic ring grey; bill yellowish-horn colour; iris orange; feet grey.
Immatures with duller plumage; iris dark.
Length: 33 cm (13 ins), wing length 185 - 208 mm (7 - 8 ins)
Distribution: central western Mexico and southwest Mexico from southern Sinaloa and Durango south to Oaxaca.

Description: as finschi, but plumage generally less yellowish reddish-brown to forehead narrower and duller; usually slightly larger.
Length: 34 cm (13.5 ins), wing length 193 - 215 mm (7.5 - 8.5 ins).
Distribution: northwest Mexico in central eastern Sinaloa and Durango north to eastern Sonora and southwest Chihuahua.
Habitat: forested areas of lowlands and mountains to 2,200 m (7,300 ft); prefers oak and pine forests.
Habits: in pairs, groups or flocks to 300 birds; several hundred amazons can gather at roosting places; noisy; seasonal migrations; raucous, rolling screech during flight.
Natural diet: fruits (particularly wild figs), seeds, berries, nuts, leaf buds and flowers; regularly forages in grain fields and banana plantations causing damage there.
Breeding behaviour: breeding season from February to June; nests in old woodpecker holes in dead fig trees standing in dense forest at higher altitude; egg measures: 37.0 x 29.2 mm (1.46 x 1.15 ins).
Aviculture: medium-noisy to noisy parrot; quieter in spacious aviary; lively; soon becomes confiding; hard chewer; regular supply of fresh branches necessary; robust and hardy.
Accommodation: outside flight of 4 x l.5 x 2 m (12 x 4.5 x 6 ft) with adjoining shelter 1.5 x 1 x 2 m (4.5 x 3 x 6 ft); metal construction advantageous; protect from frost.
Diet: seed mix of sunflower, safflower, wheat, oats, canary grass and various millets; also sprouted seed in spring and summer; some pine and peanuts; various fruit and vegetables, in particular figs, banana, peach, orange, pear and apple; half-ripened maize; rose hips; greenfood (chickweed, dandelion etc.); regular mineral supplements; white bread and biscuit for rearing.
